mccain lambasted obama at first presidential debate for not understandin the difference between a tactic and a strategy.. strategy is a long term plan which can be practically rehearsed.. tactic is a conceptual action to gain an objective..

i thought the key to the debate was not to win it.. one should appear presidential..
